Identity Affirmation -Family Keys

Carol Rucci in her book “Fight the Good Fight” gave us this powerful way to come into understanding and belief of our identity in Christ and it is a good practice to read and re-read scriptures as prayers on a daily basis:

Father God, in the name of Jesus Christ, my Lord and Savior, I speak and I believe that as You say in Isaiah 55:11,, Your Word is truth and shall not return void but shall prosper where it is sent. I praise and thank You that You say in 2Corinthians 5:7 that I can walk by faith and not by sight. Therefore I boldly and confidently speak Your Word now.

TAKING YOUR STAND IN JESUS

I praise and thank you Father that You say in 1John 4:2 that Jesus Christ is Lord and is come in the flesh and is alive in me. I praise and thank You Father that Your Word says in Psalms 107:2, I am redeemed out of the hand of the enemy and I say so. I praise and thank You that in 1John 4:4 it says that greater is He Who is in me than he who is in the world.

RECOGNIZING THE ENEMY

KNOWING YOUR HEAVENLY WEAPONRY

I praise and thank You Father that Isaiah 54:17 says no weapon that is formed against us shall prosper. Father, in Ephesians 6:11-17 You have instructed us to put on the whole armor of God that we may be able to stand against the wiles of the devil  Therefore, in Jesus’ Name we gird our loins with Truth, put on the breastplate of righteousness, shod our feet with the preparation of the gospel of peace, put on the shield of faith and the helmet of salvation and finally that we take the Sword fo the Spirit, which is the Word of God,  and pray with all supplication in the Spirit for all saints so that we are prepared to go forth in the mighty name of Jesus to tread on and slay the enemy.

KNOWING YOUR POSITION IN JESUS

I praise and thank You Father that Ephesians 1:20-22 says that we are seated ihn heavenly places through Christ Jesus, far above all principalities, powers, might, dominion and every name that is named both in the world and that which is to come and that You have put all things underneath our feet through Jesus.
